Ingredients for Oatmeal Bread
1 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
1 | dl | Lettkogte oatmeal |
10—12 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Soybean oil |
3 | dl | Hot water |
4 | dl | Skimmed milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Coarse whole grain wheat flour |
Instructions for Oatmeal Bread
To prepare the Oatmeal Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix milk and water so that it is finger-hot. Crumble yeast. Add oil and salt. Then the coarse melt types. Finally, the wheat flour, so much that the dough becomes smooth and soft and just leaves the dish. Well done. Cover with plastic and set for swelling well and well 1 hour in a tight spot.
