Ingredients for Nynnes oksegryde

1 | tray | Mushroom |
1 | Mornay sauce | |
1-2 | Onion | |
150 | g | Bacon, sliced |
2 | tbsp | Cute French mustard |
250 | ml | Cream |
500 | g | Beef into strips |
Instructions for Nynnes oksegryde
To prepare the Nynnes oksegryde recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the beef strips and onions in the margarine.
Pour water so it just covers the meat, and simmer for an hour. Mushroom and cut them out in half. Rose the bacon crispy.
When the meat has got an hour, pour the bacon greasy from the pan over to the meat and mushroom. Pour mornay sauce and cream in, spice with French mustard, peppers, salt and pepper. Let it boil 5 min. Just before severing, break the bacon into a little smaller pieces and come in.
Possibly pour the maizena in if a thicker sauce is desired.
And possibly a little suit in.
