To prepare the Nougat tops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the cream to a boil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add nougat and cook the mixture on low heat approximately 5 min. Pour Rome. Let mixture cool of nougat. Style it covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, until it is stiff.
Beat the mixture with an electric beater nougat in a short time, for it is an airy cream.
