Instructions for Noodleschnitzler with oven vegetables
To prepare the Noodleschnitzler with oven vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the carrots into thick spells, leaf celery for approx. 4 cm long pieces and parsley in beams. Cut the garlic cloves into slices. Half the shallots. Bring vegetables, thyme, salt and pepper into an ovenproof dish and mix well with the melted butter. Put aloe oil over the dish and put it in the oven for approx. 1 hour at 200 °, turn around a few times in the vegetables.
Mix nuts, flour, salt and pepper on a plate. Turn the schnitzler into the spicy egg white and then in the nutmeg mix. Heat the oil on a pan and raise the Schnitzler for 2-3 minutes. on every side.
