1 | tbsp | Minced Basil and parsley |
1 | dl | Olive oil |
1 | Package dried noodles | |
1-2 | Carrots | |
1-2 | tbsp | Sesame oil |
1-2 | dl | Soy sauce |
2 | clove | Garlic |
40 | g | Ginger fresh |

To prepare the Noodle salad with chilli and ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:
The noodles are soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes. Chili, ginger and garlic blended with oil and roasted a bit in a large pot. The macerating noodles met on with carrots into strips and broccoli into small florets. Toasting with soy sauce for a few minutes (soy sauce should almost be gone). The chopped herbs met on with 1-2 tbsp. sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
