To prepare the Neumanns Kalkungryde recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dish is cooked in a saucepan. Cut the peppers into strips and season them in the oil. Meanwhile, the turkey is cut into small pieces or strips. When the pepper is tender, add the turkey sauce. Once the meat has been swirled, place a "lid" of sliced mushrooms upside down, the white wine is added and the dish boils through for approx. 15 min. The cream is added and boiled until the dish has a suitable consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
The dish is served with fresh pasta.
