150gPure raw marzipan
200gRaspberry jam
300gWheat flour
50gDark chocolate 44%
75gIcing sugar

To prepare the NERNBERG CUTS (LUXURY RIBBER CUTS) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk, soft butter and flour cream are crumbled and gathered quickly with egg yolk and water. The dough rests in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Roll the dough into two equal rectangles, dot them with a fork and bag them at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for approx. 12 min. Let them cool.

Butter cream:
Stir flour and boiling water together and whip the soft butter in the glaze.

Grease one with raspberry marmalade and cover the other with butter cream. Place it with the buttercream on top of it with marmalade.
