Ingredients for Nanaimo Bars

1Large eggs
1tspVanilla sugar
113gUnsalted butter
115gSemisød chocolate-dark or light
2tbspVanilla pudding powder
200gWholemeal
230gIcing sugar
3tbspMilk or cream
30gCocoa powder, unsweetened
50gSugar
50gWalnuts or Pecans
65gDesiccated coconut

Instructions for Nanaimo Bars

To prepare the Nanaimo Bars recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom layer: melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Whip the egg well together.
Stir sugar and cocoa powder in the butter and gradually whip the egg.
Stir constantly in the pan until the mixture becomes thicker.
Remove the pan from the heat and add vanilla.
Crush the biscuits, chop the nuts and put them together with the coconut flour.

Bring the mixture into a frying pan (23 x 23) and spread it in a smooth layer.
