Instructions for Mustard Short Letter
To prepare the Mustard Short Letter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown cardels
A few minutes on each side
Season with salt and pepper
Put the cardels in a refractory dish
Onions are cut into rings and fry until ready
Put the fried onion over the cardiovascular dishes and cook the pan with cream, mustard and estragon. Let the sauce cook a little to the correct consistency - taste with salt and pepper
Pour the sauce over the card plates and put it in the oven at 180 gr. - fry for sauce starts to color - approx. 30 min.
Brocolli is divided into small bouquets and cooked (there must still be 'bites' in them.
Bouquets are drained and placed in a refractory dish and gratinated in oven with grated cheese.
Serve with asparagus potatoes with a good draft of parsley
