Instructions for Mussel soup
To prepare the Mussel soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the mussels. Bring 1 dl white wine into a saucepan in a large saucepan. Put the mussels in the pan, put on the lid and steam them with good heat for approx. 5-10 minutes until they have opened. Stir around the mussels a couple of times with a saucepan. Pick up the mussels and throw away any unpublished items. Say bullets. Cut onion and carrot and season it in a pan with the butter. Add the rest of the wines and the mussel layer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then pour the fish bouillon together with the cream. Warm the soup through and taste with salt and pepper and finally bring the mussels in. The mussels can be poured in, still in their shell, this will give a decorative dish.
