To prepare the Mushroom filled plaice fillets recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the fillets with salt and leave them cool.
Chop the ripe mushrooms, chop them in 1 tablespoon. Butter and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Put one spoonful of mushrooms on half the fish fillets, put the others over and get them together with toothpicks. Put aside the rest of the mushrooms.
