0.5 | dl | Oatmeal |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Dark chocolate |
2 | dl | Wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Sugar |
200 | g | Butter |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for MUMS muffins
To prepare the MUMS muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 * hot air. Mix flour, oatmeal, baking soda, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Chop 100 g of chocolate and mix it. Smelt the butter and pour it over the mixture, slice the 4 eggs and stir well together. Distribute in 16 muffin molds and behind the middle of the oven for approx. 10 min. Keep in mind that the cakes do not burn too much. They become slightly dark, you do not get black. When done, break the remaining 100 g of chocolate into pieces and put on top of the hot muffins. Here it melts and can be distributed throughout the surface
tips:
It may be a good idea to put a piece of baking paper under the muffin molds before filling (on the frying pan), as there is less risk of being burned at the bottom.
