Instructions for Mother's chocolate cake
To prepare the Mother's chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cooking time: about 1 hour of which approx. 35 min. In the oven.
Oven temperature: 180
Baking time: 35 min.
How to do this: Butter and sugar are stirred white and foaming. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa and vanilla grains and add this alternately with the milk.
Pour the dough into a greased pan, approx. 20X30 cm, and bag the cake at 180 for approx. 35 min. Until it is pierced. Cool it on a baker covered with a cloth.
The butter for the glaze is melted halfway through cocoa, flour and coffee. Stir well together and taste with vanilla.
Grease the glaze over the lukewarm cake and it will be blank. Make a pattern in the glaze with a fork.
