To prepare the Mocha parfait II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar foamy. Dissolve the coffee in hot water and stir it into the egg mixture. Whip the cream stiff. Save a few tablespoons for garnish. Mix the rest of the egg mixture. Pour the pulp into a bowl or distribute it in 4 glass. Freeze it in 3-4 hours. Serving: Garnish the ice with whipped cream grated chocolate, almond flakes and chocolate beans.
