Instructions for Minestrone as good night soup
To prepare the Minestrone as good night soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the bacon, onion, celery, carrots and Leek in bite-sized pieces and sauté it all in oil in a large pot along with the garlic. Add the broth and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Chop the tomatoes, pour them into the soup along with the peas and haricots verts. The pasta came in at last and let it all cook for approximately 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese in.
