Instructions for Milkhornhorn 02
To prepare the Milkhornhorn 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour, butter and sugar crumble together before the buttermilk is added. The dough is collected quickly and left for a minimum of one hour but for the day after. The dough is rolled out for about 1/2 cm thick. Cut into triangles of 15x15x10. A bullet marcipan and a stick remonce are laid on and rolled to the horns. Brush with chopped egg and sprinkle with parsley and chopped almonds. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Can be frozen unbaked. Set in a 180 degree hot oven and baking 25-30 minutes.
