1Netmelon or galiamelon freed from skins and cores
1Vanilla pod
200gSugar
5dlWater

Instructions for Melon sorbet

To prepare the Melon sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil water with sugar and vanilla, and let it boil in half. Style it in the refrigerator until it is very cold.

Blend melon, and season to taste with sugar brine. Sorbeten is poured into a bowl, and placed in the freezer. Pipe approximately every half hour during refrigeration, (preferably with an electric beater, so will be the ice more airy). Take sorbeten out of the freezer 1/2 -1 hour before serving.
