To prepare the Melon gazpacho recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat from the vandmelonen and cut them into pieces. It came up in the Blender along with red onions, cucumber and almonds and blend until it is a uniform mass. Season with a little salt and 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
It should be served very cold!
Serve fine cut red onion, cucumber and grapes in the middle on a plate and pour the cooled soup over. Sprinkle croutons smeared with goat Quark over the soup. Cut 4-5 leaves of mint finely and sprinkle over the soup.
