Whip the cream stiff. Beat the egg yolks and sugar to a fluffy mass. Turn the cream and eggs together. Add the chopped chocolate and pour into a mold and freeze the ismassen 5-6 hours. Halvér melons and scrape the seeds out. Set of melons in crushed ice and stuffed 2-3 tablespoons cherry sauce in each. Serve with ice cream.
