25 | g | Wheat flour |
600 | g | Sausage, raw 11% fat |
8 | dl | Boil water from medisteren |
800 | g | Peas and gulerøder 50/50 |
Instructions for Medists with stewed peas and carrots
To prepare the Medists with stewed peas and carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the medisin sauce in plenty of salty water and bring to a boil, take 5-10 minutes in the water.
The sausage is cut into pieces approx. 10 cm. And fry on a griddle or greasy frying pan 8-10 minutes.
Boil the vegetables in the cooking water from the mediator approx. 10 minutes.
Stir the flour with some of the cooled boiling water from the medist and add stirring to the appropriate consistency.
