Instructions for Medists with low fat cream potatoes
To prepare the Medists with low fat cream potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the medisin sauce in plenty of salty water and bring to a boil, take 5-10 minutes in the water.
The sausage is cut into pieces approx. 10 cm. And fry on a griddle or greasy frying pan 8-10 minutes.
Clean the vegetables. Cut leeks and carrot into thin slices, spoon onion and celery into small terns. Cut potatoes in 2-3 mm. Thick slices.
The vegetables are placed in an oven dish.
Other vegetables than those mentioned can be used, red / green pepper and celery as the dish can be made exclusively with potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle the maizena into the light milk. Bring the mixture to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg. When the "cream" has consistency like a thin sauce, pour it over the potatoes and vegetables.
Pour the dish in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour.
