To prepare the Meat sauce (Pasta alla Bolognese) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cooking time: 2-3 hours
The onions are peeled, the carrot scrapes, the celery stems are peeled off. The whole is chopped together nicely with bacon and then thoroughly stirred with the chopped meat.
The tomatoes puree in a blender.
Butter / olive oil slowly warms up in a large saucepan, and sauté the meat mass until it has a smuggling color. Then pour red wine and stir well until the wine is evaporated. Now pour ½ cup of broth into the pan and let the meat spin for too little heat without lid, while the rest of the broth is added gradually. When it is evaporated, turn the tomatoes in. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano and get so much milk that everything is just covered.
Then the sauce boils very softly for approx. 2-3 hours for quite weak heat. If the texture becomes too thick, you can dilute some broth or milk.
This basic sauce is used, for example. Along with pasta - or for lasagna.
tips:
Due to the very long cooking time, it is worth paying at least double portion, and then freeze into small portions, which only have to be heated when used.
