150 | g | Leaf celery |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Sherry |
300 | g | Leeks |
4 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
400 | g | Pork Tenderloin |
Instructions for Marinated sirloin
To prepare the Marinated sirloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bread of 8 pieces slightly slanted. Stir oil, soy and sherry together and turn the marbled dumplings into marinade a few times before marinade and steaks are covered in the refrigerator for one hour. Divide the pores on the long joint into 4 parts and then crosswise into pieces of approx. 8 cm. Cut the celery rods into smaller slices. Season the leeks and celery in the oil and pick them up on a dish and keep them warm. Wipe the steaks and put them in the hot oil - approx. 3 min. on every side. Add chilipeber and pour marinade and put on low boil and cook. Turn off the hob and cook the dish at the aftermath for a further 2-3 minutes.
