Ingredients for Marinated salmon

1 | large | Red onion in small pieces |
1,5 | kg | Salmon in fillets |
1/2 | dl | Tomato puree |
1/4 | l | Whipped cream |
2 | dl | Olive oil or Grapeseed Oil |
Instructions for Marinated salmon
To prepare the Marinated salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove the skin and bones and the salmon fillets are cut into pieces like sirloin steaks.
All ingredients are mixed and poured over the salmon pieces. Stands for at least 12 hours, but like a day. The pieces are reversed sometimes in the marinade.
The salmon pieces are cooked on a dry pan (oil in marinade) for 2 - 3 minutes on each side and then put into a dish. The marinade is poured onto the forehead, the onion is blanched and a quarter of a liter of whipped cream is added. The marinade is then poured over salmon pieces and served with freshly spiced prawns, lemon and green.
Served as a lunch or starter with cold white wine and good bread.
