To prepare the Marinated herring in mustard cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut 1 prepared herrings in narrow pulp and the rest in small cubes. Cut the peeled apples into small dice and washed pale celery stalks into narrow chopper. Chop onion and pickled cucumbers just fine. Arrow the hard-boiled egg, take the yolk out and rub it out into a bowl with a spoon. Chop the egg white and mix it with the rest of the salad fillings. Stir in the cooked egg yolk with the raw egg yolk and mustard. Whip the cream stiff and turn it half in the dressing, if desired. season with a little more salt and pepper, depending on how strong a mustard to use. Take the strimlede herring fillets from and turn over the rest of the stuffing in the mustard dressing. Serve the salad in a bowl and garnish with the carved herring pieces, cut chives and small tomato pulp.
