To prepare the Marinated foliage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mariner a thinly sliced slice of chopped oyster thigh in 2-3 tbsp. Oil, 1 tbsp. Vineddike, 2-3 bay leaves and 1 twig thyme for an hour.
Heat a pan and raise the steak approx. ½ minute on each side. Season with salt and freshly squeezed pepper. Serve the steak with raw potatoes and salad.

Løvbøf is a thin cut steak, as thin as leaves, hence the name.
