Instructions for Marinated beef culottesteg
To prepare the Marinated beef culottesteg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the vegetables, cut them into cubes, put half of it in water with was lemon and mix the rest with the other ingredients for the marinade. Marinér culotten in my 4 hours. (Marinating can be started the day before.)
Pat the meat dry with paper towels and Brown it over high heat in a frying pan for about 5 min.

The Centre temperature must be 60º for pink meat. Let the roast rest 15 minutes before carving.
Sieve the sauce and came the overridden herbs contained herein. Boiled in 3-4 minutes.
Served as a sauce with URf.eks. Green beans, baked tomatoes and hasselbachkartofler.
