Ingredients for Marcaroni and cheese

1 | Onion | |
1 | tsp | Pepper |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Macaronirør |
300 | g | Cheddar cheese |
5 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Marcaroni and cheese
To prepare the Marcaroni and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the macaroni, drain it, hold it back in the pan and set it aside.
In another large pot, fry very chopped onions in the butter until the peel is soft.
Add flour and pepper quickly and add the milk, do not cling it!
Whip well well and cook now until it's thick and bubbles. (Be careful not to burn it)
Add the cracked cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.
Now the macaroni came over with the bacon (it's fried)
Pour the whole into a dish and in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
