Instructions for Mango and passion dessert
To prepare the Mango and passion dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh fruits free of stones. Run mangoens pulp to a puree in a food processor or blender.
Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl. Add if necessary. liqueur.
Pour a little yogurt in serving glass and upstairs a little mango puree. Fill layered yogurt and mango, for the glasses are filled.
Share passion fruits and take the pulp out. Advantage pulp from passion fruits on top of the filled glass.
Garnér with shredded orange peel. If time permits, you can blanch the Orange shell first. The bitter taste which is in the shell disappear then. Serve like fresh fruit.
Tips:
Variation: Serve like with crisp crackers. They will give a nice contrast to the creamy dessert. It is also good to mix yogurt and mango with almond cakes. Banana puree can also be used together with mango. A subtle color wrestling you get if you put Orange both along with the layer of banana.
