4 | slice | Bacon |
50 | g | Corn flour |
50 | g | Medium-aged cheese |
Instructions for Maize pancakes with beef fillet
To prepare the Maize pancakes with beef fillet recipe, please follow these instructions:
pancakes:
Flour, corn flour, salt and water are stirred together. The dough rests for half an hour before baking. Bake on the forehead in quite a little margarine. Approximately approx. 2/3 dl dough per. pancake. Baking time: 2-3 minutes on each side.
Filling:
The bacon is cut into cubes and sliced in a pan. The meat is added and switched until it has changed color. The china pot is added. Tomato and cheese are cut into cubes and placed in the pan. The filling is heated through.
sauce:
The lid is cut into cubes and swirled in the margarine. The flour is sprinkled over. Tomatoes with moisture are added. The sauce is warmed through and seasoned with spices.
serving:
The pancakes are rolled over the filling and served with the hot sauce.
