25 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Spelt flour |
7.5 | dl | Milk |

Instructions for Madbread 02
To prepare the Madbread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the yeast out. The fluid must be lukewarm (25 degrees) when the yeast is removed. Then bring the other ingredients in - save a little wheat flour. Beat the dough and leave it covered for about 1 hour. Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough well through.
