Instructions for Macro Muffins II
To prepare the Macro Muffins II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar into a light airy mass and turn the quark, oil, banana and crushed macros in.
Mix vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour in.
Fill the dough three times into muffin molds and baking the cakes at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
