Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese
0.25 | tsp | Cayenne pepper |
0.25 | tsp | Pepper. White |
0.75 | dl | Breadcrumbs |
1 | Onion | |
1 | tsp | Salt |
150 | g | Macaroni |
2 | clove | Garlic |
250 | g | Cheddar cheese 50 + |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Margarine |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Macaroni & Cheese
To prepare the Macaroni & Cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set oven to 190 degrees c. alm. oven.
Cook makaronien according to instructions on package.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft. Add the flour and let it roast, while touches in it till it bubbles a bit, about 2 min. Add the milk, a little at a time and mix well after each addition. Set it to a boil, add salt, pepper and 150 g of cheddar. Stir in my 2-3 yet.
Butter a baking dish. Put the cooked pasta on the bottom. Pour cheese sauce over and mix gently. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Advantage the breadcrumbs over the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it is golden and sauce bubbles.
