To prepare the Mørbradspid with tomato rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mørbradspid:
Cut the meat into suitable pieces and put it alternately with mushrooms and spring onions on the grill. Brush with oil and soy sauce, preferably in good time before putting on the hot grill. Turn regularly over the frying, which is approx. 15 minutes.
Tomato rice: Boil the rice on loose rice (follow the instructions on the package). Chop the pinned onion and chop it in the oil on the pan with garlic. Cut the tomatoes in both and put them on. Add almonds and boiled rice, let it warm through and season with salt and pepper.
