Instructions for Mørbradbøffer a'la provence
To prepare the Mørbradbøffer a'la provence recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the tenderloin and chop it into 8 slices.
Pull them lightly with the palm of the hand and brown them on both sides of the butter. Put them in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
Bring the pepper and onions in the rest of the roast butter and put them over the steaks. Stir the tomatoes with garlic and herbs and spread them over meat and vegetables and plug the bay leaves in.
Cover the dish with lid or stanniol and put it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30 min.
