Ingredients for Mørbrad with spiced stuffing

¼ | bundle | Minced parsley |
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | clove | Garlic, crushed |
1 | dl | Whipped cream |
1 | tsp | Dried tarragon |
1½ | dl | Broth |
1½ | tbsp | Cognac (can be dispensed with) |
20 | g | Breadcrumbs |
400 | g | Asparagus potatoes |
50 | g | Soft butter |
500 | g | Pork Tenderloin |
Instructions for Mørbrad with spiced stuffing
To prepare the Mørbrad with spiced stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fill: Stir butter, rasp, estragon, garlic and parsley together to fill in the pork tenderloin.
Cut pork tenderloin and cut halfway along. Season it with salt and pepper and fill it with the spice mixture. Close the pork tenderloin and tie with cotton yarn.
Brush it off in a little oil on a warm forehead on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Pack it in silver paper and simmer it for a further 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
Remove the pork tenderloin and remove the cord. Grab the breadcrumb back in the silver paper to allow it to draw another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour on the forehead and bake the pan, pour broth and let the pan boil off. Add cream, boil and taste the sauce.
Serve with boiled asparagus potatoes.
