Ingredients for Mørbrad in basil sauce
Basil, fresh | ||

1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | dl | Pork broth |
2 | tbsp | Water |
2.5 | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Mørbrad in basil sauce
To prepare the Mørbrad in basil sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bread in 1½ cm thick slices and knock them out a little. Cut the basil leaves into strips. Bring brown sirloin steaks a piece at a time into butter in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper and put them back into the pan.
Add bouillon, soy and garlic. Braissér sirloin steaks under the lid for approx. 10 min. Stir the cream fry and let it boil. Add the flour and let the dish boil for a couple of minutes.
Stir the sliced basil in the right, save some leaves to decorate.
Decorate with whole basil leaves and serve the dish with potatoes and gratin tomatoes.
tips:
Should this lovely dish be made in advance, the fresh basil should first be added to the sauce after reheating. Drink suggestions: An intermediate Italian red wine, eg. Chianti
