1 | Eggs-save a little | |
1 | dl | Milk |
1/4 | tsp | Salt |
2 1/2 | tbsp | Sugar |
275 | g | Wheat flour (4.5 dl) |
3 | tbsp | Raisins |
35 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Margarine or butter |
Instructions for Lynboller I
To prepare the Lynboller I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bagetid approx. 10 minutes at good heat (200 degrees). Grease the baking tray with butter or margarine. Melt the butter. Pour the milk in. Bring the yeast into the dumplings. Stir it out with the milk mixture. Stir the rest of the pieces in the dough. (Hold a little egg back to brushing). Beat the dough well in the dish. Put the dough on a plate with two tablespoons. Place the plate in a loose place. Turn on the oven. Good heat (200 degrees). Let the balls rise for 15 minutes. Brush them with eggs whipped with 1/2 teaspoon of water. Place the plate on the middle oven rib.
