To prepare the Low-fat waldorfsalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put Apple in a bowl and toss, and apologise for them with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of fromage frais. If possible, let it stand and pull in 40 min. or until shortly before serving.
Average leaf celery into thin slices. Getting them into the bowl with the apples together with shallots, garlic and walnuts and toss it all together well with the rest of the fromage fraisen.
