Chop the chicken liver and mix it in a bowl of grated onions, roughly grated carrots and squach. Add flour, cut parsley and spices. Then pour into a small refractory bowl. Bake in the oven for approx. 40 min. At 200 degrees C. Eat cold on bread and with the sugar-free beans.
