Ingredients for Limeis

Instructions for Limeis

To prepare the Limeis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil water and sugar. Let sugar sheet be completely cold. Mix the milk, whipping cream, vanilla sugar and salt in the cold syrup. Season with finely grated lime peel, lime juice and possibly food coloring. Mix everything well together.
