Instructions for Leverpostej (Calf)-The Good
To prepare the Leverpostej (Calf)-The Good recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter. Add rye flour. Pipes. Add milk 1 liter at a time. Pipes.
Run the liver, fat, garlic, onion and Sage through the mincer. Add the kryderblanding and stir thoroughly.
Add this to opbagningen. Pipes. Add the eggs. Pipes.
When the mass is touched well pour it all in aluforme (1 liter molds).
Preheated oven 170 degrees.
Aluforme be in the gastrobakker, pour water in gastrobakker and it's all baked in about 90 minutes.
Baking time can vary a lot! Control after 80 minutes is a good idea.
