300gDried lentils (green red or whatever you prefer)
3-4Leaf celery-very fintsnittet
5dl(a) 38 yogurt fromage frais or Greek yogurt

Instructions for Lentil salad with yogurt

To prepare the Lentil salad with yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the lentils with broth and garlic in plenty of water (the water should stand 5 cm above the lenses) for 35 - 40 minutes. Note that lenses must be solid - it is boring if they are dulled. After cooking, flush the lenses thoroughly through a door layer - they should not be too hot.

Mix yogurt with the other ingredients for dressing and taste for. The dressing may be somewhat acidic, as the lentils absorb much vinegar and salt. Chop the vegetables and mix them with the lentils. The dressing is poured over so it stands 1 - 2 cm under lentils and vegetables. Put the finished salad in the fridge for an hour - or until the next day. The salad can withstand a stay of three days in the fridge.
