Instructions for Lemon chicken
To prepare the Lemon chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the oven on 200 degrees oven.
Rub the cleaned chicken inside and out with olive oil, fresh fried lemon peel and salt and pepper. Fill the chicken with slices of 2 lemons, garlic and plenty of fresh thyme.
Place the chicken with the breast in an ovenproof dish. Burn it in the oven for 20 minutes. At 225 degrees, turn 175 degrees and complete approximately 50 minutes. The meat juice must be ready when you twist your thigh. Served with potatoes in tern turned in olive oil and thyme and baked in oven for about 45 min at 200 degrees and freshly carrots carved in olive oil and apple vinegar
