To prepare the Layer cake with Strawberry cream and marcinpan recipe, please follow these instructions:
They defrosted and frozen strawberries blended with powdered sugar. Husblasen soaked in water and melted in tablespoons. warmed elderflower juice and stir in the puree. Allow the mixture to stiffen slightly before it is mixed with the stiftpiskede cream.
Finally, the jam boils up strawberries and moses through a strainer.
Butter the first bottom with hot jam and cover with rolled out marcinpan. Half of the strawberry butter cream on top and came the next bottom on top and repeat the process.
Came the last bottom on top.
Finally, lubricated the top pie bottom with hot jam and all the way around the cake and covered with rolled out marcinpan.
Decorate with glaze which is touched by the icing sugar and red fruit juice and garnish with a nice Strawberry with green leaves on.
