Instructions for Lasagna with hamfars
To prepare the Lasagna with hamfars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onions are cut into pieces and welded on the forehead. Hamkefars is added with spices and lighted easily. Flaked tomatoes and tomato puree are added to the dish. Let it simmer a little.
Butter is melted in a saucepan and flour is whipped in it. Then broth is added gradually. Milk is added and whipped until the sauce is hot. The reed parmesan cheese is stirred in it.
Put the cocktail sausage in the bottom of the lasagne dish od and top up a layer of the meat. Then add a little cheese sauce. Then a layer of lasagna plates. Then change meat, sauce and plates. Finally, the end of the bed is finished. Then sprinkle some rasp and grated cheese.
Place in oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Or 160 degrees hot air for 50-60 minutes.
Best result is achieved by letting the lasagne rest for an hour or 2 before it is placed in the oven.
