To prepare the Lamb chops with oven potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the scrambled rinsed potatoes into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oil and put the dish in the oven at 225 degrees C for 30 minutes. Place the tomatoes in the dish in the last quarter of the oven time. Season the chops with salt and brown them quickly on both sides in the grease on the forehead. Moisten the heat and raise them for a few minutes. Take them off the pan and put on broth. Bring it to the boil and mix the chopped parsley. Serve the ice cream together with the oven potatoes.
