The potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and boil with a little salt for 15 minutes.
The tomatoes are drained for oil in a sieve and dripping well. Save the oil - it is good to use in cooking.
The onions are placed in a hot pot with a good coating. Then add the lamb to mashed pieces, along with a little salt and pepper. When the meat is browned, cranberries, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, soy and red wine are added.
