Instructions for Løgkage (Zwiebelkuchen)
To prepare the Løgkage (Zwiebelkuchen) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Milk is heated to hand heat and the yeast is stirred. Butter and milk are added and the whole is stirred until it is swam. Add the flour and knead the dough until it is smooth and "dry". Let the dough rise to approx. Double size, knock it down and spread it into a pan.
Fill: The onions are cut into medium pieces and heated / fry in a pan until golden and "transparent". Then add 4 eggs and stir well, then add the yogurt and bowl. It is thoroughly piped and given a quick boil.
The filling is spread on the dough and there are bacon cakes all over the place. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at approx. 180 C for approx. 25-30 min
