Instructions for Kyrgyz chicken
To prepare the Kyrgyz chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chicken into a pan together with 3 cloves of garlic, bay leaf, merian, clove and salt. Pour water until the chicken is completely covered and let it boil approx. 1 hour. The chicken is chilled and chopped out when it is cold. The walnuts are broken into small pieces. The bread is dipped in chicken broth and moses. Mix walnuts, herbs, 3 cloves of garlic and bake into a pan and add peppers, cayenne pepper and salt. Pour slowly and stirring 4-5 dl broth in order to make the sauce. Server the chicken pieces with the sauce poured over.
The bouillon is the soup the chicken has cooked in.
Boiled rice, bulgur or cus-cus are good for.
